  • I would like to exchange my small shorts for medium.
  • I would like a refund for my tank top.

 

Refund / Exchange Policy

 

  1. Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of your purchase date.
  2. In order to receive a return/exchange your item must be new and non-used.  Example: White shorts will be rejected if they are dirty.  Dirty shorts can’t be re-stocked.
  3. Your order number was emailed to you with your order confirmation and is included on your package slip, include that number with your return or your return can not be processed.
  4. All discounted sales are final (243booty, Blackfriday, cybermonday, use of athlete codes "jason15"). Exchanges on discounted sales are available. Customer responsible for shipping charges.
  5. Customer is responsible for return postage. Once we determine that the items can be re-stocked, well will send out the replacement or refund.
  6. We recommend you get tracking on your return so you can see when it gets to us.
  7. Savage is not responsible for lost return items that do not have tracking. 
  8. SOCKS: Due to possible hygiene issues, socks are non-refundable.  

 

Did we mess up?

  1. If we sent you the wrong or defective item, email us and let us know.  We will send out a shipping label for you to return it to us.  Once we get it back we will send out the correct item.
  2. For international orders, SAVAGE reserve the right to either ship a replacement or refund the purchase.
