I'm 32D (34C will work too) and purchased size small. It fits very well. Super soft material
This bra looks great on, but the perforations on the back are taking some getting used to. They are a little rough and irritate my skin. Now I have extremely sensitive skin and rash easily, so it probably wouldn't bother most people. I bought the small in white to wear without pads. The lined fabric does shield the nipples. I could have worn the medium with pads. I am usually a small/medium in Nike, champion and Reebok and a medium in Vull. I'm 5'9” and 135#. I have a small chest but big rib cage.
