We guarantee all our apparel products for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. That means if a seam starts to come undone, colors fade, a bra strap breaks, zipper breaks, or anything else that might happen... let us know. If you follow all of our suggested washing and drying recommendations, we will replace it or give you store credit for the purchase price of your item. However, we don't cover stains from your blood, sweat, and tears... wear that shit like a badge of honor... you're a SAVAGE NOW!
You may return your unused product in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days. Any items returned later than 30 days will not be accepted or processed.
If the customer is requesting an exchange, they must follow the "Return Policy" and request an RMA number.
If Savage Barbell sent you the wrong size by mistake, contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the item to be sent back at no charge to you. Once the item is received at the warehouse, the correct item will be shipped out.
The customer is responsible for shipping & all shipping costs when sending items to Savage Barbell for exchange.
Savage Barbell will ship the new exchanged items back, at no cost to customers, for the first exchange. If the customer would like a second exchange, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs in both directions. A shipping invoice for 1st class mail via USPS will be emailed to the customer for payment before the item is sent.
Savage Barbell does not provide free exchange shipping for international orders. Include your own international prepaid shipping label for the exchange.
If a refund request is made after exchange items have been sent, the customer will be charged for the previous exchange postage and re-stocking fee.

Yes, it happens (occasionally). If we sent you the wrong item or a defective item, let us know. Send an email to hello@savagebarbell.com including your order #, full name, mailing address and email address with instructions on which item was incorrect and we’ll let you know what to do next.
