Our goal is to ship orders 24-48 hours from order time and date, during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p Pacific). Orders placed after 3pm (Pacific) on Friday will be shipped out the following non-holiday business day (i.e. Monday).
Big sale days and holidays may cause delays in processing orders and shipments. Mail does not ship on Sundays or holidays and we do not have control over that.
All shipping delivery dates are estimates from the day that the courier takes possession of the order. Just because you place an order on Saturday with 2-3 day priority does not mean that your order will arrive 2-3 days from Saturday.
In this scenario, our goal is to ship your order Monday and the "estimated delivery" would be 2-3 days from Monday. You can always contact USPS/UPS/DHL with the tracking number that was emailed to you.
Once an order is placed and we package it and send it out, we have no control over the shipment. We work with reputable shipment carriers and they all (typically) have tracking information for your order. Savage Barbell does not control the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.
Again, Savage Barbell has no authority or control over UPS, DHL, USPS, FedEx, or any other domestic/international shipping carrier once they take possession of your order. You will always need to contact the carrier directly.
We offer international shipping via DHL Worldwide and USPS First Class International Mail.
❌USPS INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS BE ADVISED ❌: On occasion, deliveries have taken up to 4+ weeks and there is minimal online tracking with USPS. You might save a few $$ but you might have to wait.
USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE. Savage is not responsible for orders after they are processed and picked up by USPS. Savage cannot contact the postal service in Foreign countries. If a customer selects USPS International mail, they accept responsibility for lost or damaged orders with no insurance. Shipping insurance will be offered at check out at a minimal price.
DHL orders are insured for the total order value.
IMPORTANT: SAVAGE BARBELL cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. See below for important info on duties, taxes, and fees.
When customers select the shipping courier they want, SAVAGE BARBELL is no longer responsible for the shipment once the courier takes possession. This means the carrier is the one who drops off your package at your mailing/shipping address.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from SAVAGE BARBELL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package returning to SAVAGE BARBELL. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. There is also a 15% restocking fee on all returns. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned in your County and the purchase will not be refunded.
Yes. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount of the duties and taxes fee is 20% or more. The total is based on the listed dollar amount of the merchandise you ordered. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Orders that are refused and sent back "Return to sender" will still be responsible for any and all shipping fees.
